Refund and Returns Policy

2. Sinbado store allows returns or exchanges within 30 days from the date of receiving the product from the shipping company. The following conditions must be met for the return or exchange of a product to be accepted:
– The product must be in its original packaging and not opened or tampered with.
– The product must not be used or have any benefit obtained from it.
– The product must not be damaged due to customer handling.
– Serial numbers of the product, if applicable, must be retained.
– The buyer must keep the sales receipt and present it to Sinbado store in Kuwait.
3. Customers can initiate a return by contacting the customer service center through the provided communication channels or by using the “Contact Us” page.
4. Sinbado store does not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
– Return or exchange request made after 30 days from the date of receiving the product.
– Products that have been used, installed, damaged, or have provided any benefit, or are not in the same condition as received by the customer.
– Products that may impact customer health, such as contributing to disease transmission or infection.
– Products that have been tampered with or have their serial numbers removed.
– Products missing price tags, labels, original packaging, or any of their accessories.
5. Sinbado store accepts returns or exchanges and covers the cost of shipping and returning the product for one exchange only. Any further transactions will be handled based on the specific case.
6. In exchange requests, Sinbado store takes into consideration the price difference between the products.
7. Upon accepting a return or exchange request and if there is any refundable amount due to the customer, the amount will be credited to the customer’s account for future purchases. The account balance will be visible on the customer’s account page.
